Clients / Organizations

All Content they create, upload, review, approve, or publish
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Ensuring content aligns with these Guidelines and platform policies

Alayrix does not take responsibility for user-generated Content.

Prohibited Content

Users must NOT create, upload, process, or distribute Content that includes or promotes any of the following:

4.1 Illegal Content

Any content that violates local or international laws
Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
Content that promotes illegal activities

4.2 Child Safety Violations (Strictly Prohibited)

Any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any activity involving Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation (CSAE)
Any content involving minors in inappropriate or unsafe contexts

Violations will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

4.3 Sexual and Explicit Content

Pornographic or sexually explicit material
Content intended to arouse or exploit individuals sexually
Inappropriate or suggestive content involving any individual, especially minors

4.4 Hate Speech and Discrimination

Content promoting hatred or violence against individuals or groups based on:

Religion
Race or ethnicity
Nationality
Gender or gender identity
Sexual orientation
Disability or health condition

4.5 Harassment and Abuse

Bullying, threats, or intimidation
Personal attacks or abusive language
Defamation or false allegations

4.6 Religious, Cultural, and Community Sensitivity

Content that disrespects or insults religious beliefs
Content that incites community conflict
Offensive or inflammatory cultural commentary

4.7 Misuse of Platform

Using Flowence for unlawful or harmful purposes
Attempting to bypass platform safeguards
Uploading harmful, malicious, or disruptive content

Professional Conduct

Users are expected to:

Maintain professionalism in all Content
Respect clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes

Third-Party Platform Compliance

Since Flowence publishes content to third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), Users must ensure that all Content complies with:

The policies of those platforms
Advertising and publishing standards
Applicable laws

Failure to comply may result in external enforcement actions.
