Child Safety Standards Policy

Our commitment to protecting children and maintaining a safe platform environment.

1
Introduction & Legal Identity

This Child Safety Standards Policy ("Policy") is issued by Aashaz Technology Inc., a corporation duly registered in the Province of Ontario, Canada, operating under the brand name Alayrix and providing services through its platform Flowence (collectively referred to as "Alayrix", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

This Policy outlines our standards, commitments, and legal position regarding the prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in connection with the use of the Flowence platform.

Alayrix is committed to maintaining a responsible and compliant technology environment and enforces a strict zero-tolerance approach toward any form of activity that exploits, harms, or endangers minors. We align our practices with applicable international child protection laws, as well as platform requirements set forth by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Flowence is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform designed to facilitate content workflow management, including creation, internal review, approval, and publishing of digital content by authorized users on third-party platforms. As such, this Policy is intended to clarify both our commitment to safety and the scope and limitations of our role as a technology service provider.

By accessing or using Flowence, all users acknowledge and agree to comply with this Policy and all applicable laws relating to child safety and online conduct.

2
Platform Nature & Scope

Flowence is a business-to-business (B2B) software platform developed and operated by Alayrix for the purpose of enabling organizations, such as marketing agencies, digital service providers, and their clients, to manage internal content workflows.

The platform facilitates structured processes, including content creation, review, approval, scheduling, and publishing to third-party platforms such as social media networks. Flowence operates solely as a technology intermediary that provides workflow automation and integration capabilities.

2.1 No Public Content Hosting

Flowence does not operate as a social media platform, content-sharing network, or public hosting service. The platform does not provide public feeds, open user communities, or publicly discoverable content environments.

All content processed through Flowence remains within controlled, private organizational workflows and is accessible only to authorized users designated by the respective organization or client.

2.2 No Direct User-to-User Interaction

Flowence does not provide features that enable direct communication between unrelated users, such as public messaging systems, open chat environments, or anonymous user interaction.

User interactions within Flowence are limited to role-based collaboration (e.g., content creators, managers, and clients) within a defined organizational structure.

2.3 User-Controlled Content

All content uploaded, created, reviewed, approved, or scheduled within Flowence is fully controlled by the respective users and organizations, not created, curated, or modified by Alayrix, and processed solely based on user instructions and actions.

Alayrix does not exercise editorial control over user content and does not act as a publisher of such content.

2.4 Third-Party Platform Integration

Flowence enables users to publish content to third-party platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

Once content is published to these external platforms, it becomes subject to the terms, policies, and moderation systems of those respective platforms, and Alayrix has no control, ownership, or responsibility over how such content is displayed, distributed, or moderated.

2.5 Limited Role of Alayrix

Alayrix's role is strictly limited to providing technical infrastructure and workflow tools. Accordingly, Alayrix does not originate content, does not verify the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user content, and does not guarantee monitoring or review of all activities conducted through the platform.

Users acknowledge that Flowence is a passive technology service and not an active participant in content creation or decision-making.

5.4 Attempted Misuse and Circumvention

Any attempt to misuse the platform or bypass safeguards is strictly prohibited, including attempting to upload or process prohibited content, using alternative formats, encoding, or obfuscation to disguise prohibited content, or creating multiple accounts to evade detection. Attempts alone shall constitute a violation, regardless of outcome.

5.5 Misuse Through Third-Party Integrations

Users shall not use Flowence's integrations with third-party platforms to publish or distribute prohibited content externally, circumvent the policies of third-party platforms, or use Flowence as a tool to indirectly engage in harmful or unlawful activities.

5.6 Responsibility Across Workflow Stages

Prohibited content and activities are not limited to final publication. Violations apply to all stages of the workflow, including drafting and content creation, internal review and approval, and scheduling and publishing. All Users involved at any stage may be held accountable.

User Responsibility & Legal Accountability

All Users of Flowence expressly acknowledge and agree that they bear full legal responsibility and accountability for all content and activities conducted through the platform.

6.1 Ownership and Control of Content

All Content uploaded, created, reviewed, approved, scheduled, or published through Flowence is solely owned and controlled by the respective User or Organization, submitted and processed at the User's discretion, and not created, modified, or endorsed by Alayrix. Alayrix acts solely as a technology service provider and does not assume any responsibility for user-generated Content.

6.2 Sole Legal Responsibility

Users agree that they are solely and exclusively responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all Content, ensuring that Content complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws, and ensuring that Content does not violate this Policy or any applicable Community Guidelines.

This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with laws relating to child protection and safety, obscenity and sexual content, hate speech, harassment, and discrimination, and religious, cultural, and community sensitivities.

6.3 Prohibited Categories of Content

In addition to CSAE/CSAM restrictions, Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, or distributing Content that includes any form of sexual or explicit material that violates applicable laws or platform standards, content promoting hatred, violence, or discrimination, and abusive, harmful, or unlawful material of any kind.

6.4 Obligation to Review Policies

Users are required to review and comply with this Child Safety Standards Policy and the Community Guidelines. Use of Flowence constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these policies. Failure to review these documents does not exempt Users from compliance.

6.5 Platform Misuse

Any use of Flowence for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes shall constitute material misuse of the platform and a breach of this Policy. Alayrix reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action in such cases.

6.6 Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alayrix, Aashaz Technology Inc., its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to user-generated Content, violation of this Policy or Community Guidelines, misuse of the platform, or violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.

6.7 Liability for Third-Party Platform Consequences

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for any consequences arising from Content published through Flowence to third-party platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.

In the event that any action by a User, including the publication of Content, results in suspension, restriction, or termination of Alayrix or Flowence accounts, removal of the application from any third-party platform, or loss of access, reputation damage, or revenue disruption, the responsible User or Organization shall be liable for such actions.

6.8 Compensation for Damages and Revenue Loss

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users agree that if their actions directly result in suspension or restriction of Alayrix's access to third-party platforms, or financial loss, including disruption of revenue streams, the User or Organization shall be responsible for compensating Alayrix for direct damages incurred, reasonable loss of revenue attributable to such suspension or restriction, and any associated legal or operational costs. Such compensation shall be determined based on reasonable assessment by Alayrix and applicable legal standards.

7
No Liability & Disclaimer Clause

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Alayrix expressly disclaims all liability arising from the use or misuse of the Flowence platform.

7.1 No Responsibility for User-Generated Content

Alayrix does not create, control, verify, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Content that is uploaded, created, reviewed, approved, or published by Users. All such Content remains the sole responsibility of the respective User or Organization.

7.2 No Duty to Monitor

Alayrix does not undertake any obligation to proactively monitor user activity, review all Content processed through the platform, or detect or prevent all unlawful or harmful conduct. While Alayrix may take action in certain cases, it does not guarantee continuous or comprehensive monitoring.

7.3 Platform Provided "As-Is"

Flowence is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Alayrix makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-generated Content, the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, or the prevention of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized activities.

7.4 No Liability for Third-Party Platforms

Alayrix shall not be held responsible for how Content is displayed, distributed, or moderated on third-party platforms, any actions taken by third-party platforms, or any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of such platforms. Users acknowledge that third-party platforms operate under their own independent terms and policies.

7.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alayrix, Aashaz Technology Inc., and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of revenue, business, data, or reputation, or legal claims arising from user conduct or Content, even if Alayrix has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7.6 User Assumption of Risk

Users expressly acknowledge and agree that they use Flowence at their own risk, they are solely responsible for ensuring lawful and appropriate use, and any consequences arising from misuse of the platform are borne entirely by the User or Organization.

7.7 No Waiver of Rights

Failure by Alayrix to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce such provision at any time in the future.

8
Monitoring, Detection & Limitations

Alayrix maintains a responsible approach toward platform integrity and user safety. However, due to the nature of Flowence as a workflow automation and content management tool, monitoring capabilities are inherently limited.

8.1 No Proactive or Continuous Monitoring

Flowence is not designed to perform continuous, real-time, or comprehensive monitoring of all user activities or Content. Alayrix does not guarantee that all Content will be reviewed prior to processing or publication, all violations of this Policy will be detected, or the platform will prevent all instances of misuse or unlawful conduct.

8.2 Conditional Review and Action

Alayrix may, at its sole discretion, review Content or user activity under specific circumstances, including receipt of user complaints or reports, identification of suspicious or potentially harmful activity, or compliance with legal or regulatory obligations. Any such review does not create an ongoing obligation to monitor.

8.3 Right, Not Obligation, to Act

Alayrix reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, restrict, or remove Content, suspend or terminate user access, or investigate potential violations. The exercise or non-exercise of these rights shall not be interpreted as acceptance, approval, or responsibility for any Content or activity.

8.4 Limitations of Detection Mechanisms

Any tools, systems, or processes used by Alayrix to identify potential violations may be limited in scope, accuracy, or effectiveness, may not detect all prohibited or harmful Content, and should not be relied upon by Users as a safeguard or compliance mechanism. Users remain solely responsible for ensuring that their Content complies with all applicable laws and policies.

8.5 No Guarantee of Prevention

Alayrix does not guarantee the prevention of unauthorized use of the platform, circumvention of safeguards, or upload or distribution of prohibited Content. Users acknowledge that no system can be entirely immune to misuse.

9
Reporting Mechanism

Alayrix encourages all Users and third parties to report any Content or activity that may violate this Policy, including potential instances of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

9.1 How to Report

Reports can be submitted by contacting us at: services@alayrix.com

Users are encouraged to provide as much detail as possible to facilitate timely review, including description of the Content or activity, relevant User or Organization details (if known), links, references, or contextual information, and screenshots or supporting evidence (where legally permissible).

Important: Users must not upload, attach, or distribute illegal content, including CSAM, when submitting a report. A descriptive explanation is sufficient.

9.2 Confidentiality of Reports

All reports will be handled with appropriate care and discretion. Alayrix will make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of the reporting party and prevent unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information. However, information may be shared where required to comply with legal obligations or support law enforcement investigations.

9.3 Review and Response

Upon receiving a report, Alayrix may conduct an internal review of the reported Content or activity, take appropriate action in accordance with this Policy, or escalate the matter if required under applicable laws. Alayrix does not guarantee specific response times but will make commercially reasonable efforts to review reports in a timely manner.

9.4 No Guarantee of Outcome

Submission of a report does not guarantee removal of Content, suspension or termination of accounts, or any specific enforcement outcome. All actions are taken at the sole discretion of Alayrix, based on available information and applicable policies.

9.5 External Reporting

If a User believes that a child is in immediate danger or that illegal activity is occurring, they are strongly encouraged to contact local law enforcement authorities and relevant national child protection agencies. Reporting to authorities should be done in addition to, not instead of, notifying Alayrix.

10
Enforcement & Actions

Alayrix reserves the right to take appropriate enforcement actions in response to violations of this Policy, applicable laws, or any misuse of the Flowence platform.

10.1 Grounds for Enforcement

Enforcement actions may be taken where Alayrix determines, at its sole discretion, that a User or Organization has violated this Policy, Content or activity may be unlawful, harmful, or non-compliant, there is suspected misuse or attempted misuse of the platform, or action is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Organizations are responsible for the actions of their Users.

10.4 Preservation of Data

Alayrix may retain relevant data, records, or logs associated with suspected violations for purposes including internal review and investigation, compliance with legal obligations, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. Such data retention will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and internal policies.

10.5 No Obligation to Provide Notice or Explanation

To the extent permitted by law, Alayrix is not obligated to provide prior notice before taking enforcement action, disclose detailed reasons for enforcement decisions, or provide opportunities to appeal or reverse such actions. All enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Alayrix.

10.6 Cumulative Rights

All enforcement rights under this Policy are cumulative and may be exercised independently or in combination. Failure to take action in one instance shall not limit Alayrix's ability to take action in future cases.

11

Such cooperation may include responding to valid legal requests, court orders, subpoenas, or other lawful processes.

11.2 Disclosure of Information

To the extent permitted or required by law, Alayrix may disclose relevant information, including user account details, content-related data and metadata, and activity logs and system records. Such disclosures will be made only where required by applicable law or legal process, or necessary to prevent imminent harm or address serious safety concerns.

11.3 Emergency Situations

In situations involving a credible risk of harm to a minor or other individuals, Alayrix reserves the right to expedite review and response procedures and disclose relevant information to appropriate authorities without delay, where legally permitted.

11.4 Preservation of Evidence

Alayrix may preserve relevant data and records associated with suspected violations to support law enforcement investigations, comply with legal obligations, and protect the integrity of ongoing proceedings.

11.5 No Independent Investigative Obligation

Alayrix does not assume responsibility for conducting independent law enforcement investigations. Our role is limited to responding to reports, taking action within the platform, and cooperating with competent authorities as required.
