Accessibility objectives and feedback
BnR360, operating Flowence and Alayrix ("we"), is committed to making its digital products usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to design and maintain our websites and applications so that they are perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
2.1 We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, for our websites and web application, and to follow the Apple Human Interface Guidelines for accessibility and the Android accessibility guidelines for the mobile applications.
2.2 WCAG 2.2 Level AA is a target and an ongoing objective. It is not a warranty or a representation that every page, feature, document or third-party component conforms at all times.
We assess our products by self-evaluation, automated testing and manual testing, including keyboard-only navigation and testing with screen readers. We consider that our products are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and have not yet been independently audited.
We take the following measures: (a) provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images, icons and charts, and mark decorative images so that assistive technology ignores them; (b) maintain colour contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and user-interface components, and do not rely on colour alone to convey information; (c) ensure that all functionality is operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators and a logical focus order, and no keyboard traps; (d) use semantic headings, landmarks, labels and form instructions, and programmatically associate error messages with form fields; (e) support screen readers and other assistive technology; (f) allow text to be resized up to 200 percent and content to reflow without loss of function; (g) provide captions or transcripts for pre-recorded video and audio that we publish; (h) avoid content that flashes more than three times per second; (i) provide sufficient target sizes and alternatives to dragging movements; (j) support system settings for reduced motion, dark mode and larger text on mobile devices; (k) include accessibility in design reviews, component libraries and release testing; and (l) train relevant staff.
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Examples include some older user-generated or customer-uploaded content (such as images without alt text or videos without captions) is outside our control, as customers publish it; some third-party components, embedded players and Third-Party Platform content may not meet our standard; some PDF documents and exported reports may not be fully tagged; and certain complex data visualisations may lack a full text equivalent. We are working to address these issues, and welcome reports of others.
Customers are responsible for the accessibility of the content they create and publish using our services. Flowence provides features to assist, such as fields for alt text, prompts to add them, and caption support. AI-generated alt text and captions are suggestions that should be reviewed for accuracy.
7.1 If you encounter an accessibility barrier, need information in another format (such as large print, plain text, accessible PDF or a spoken format), or wish to request a reasonable adjustment, please contact our accessibility lead at services@alayrix.com, or by post to BnR360, H#C-40, Karachi University Staff Town, Karachi, Pakistan. Please tell us the web address or screen of the problem, the assistive technology and device you use and how we may contact you.
7.2 We will acknowledge your message within five (5) Business Days and aim to provide a substantive response, a workaround or an accessible alternative within fifteen (15) Business Days, and to resolve the issue as soon as reasonably practicable.
We design with regard to the accessibility laws that apply to our users and markets, which may include the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the standard EN 301 549, the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (United States), the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Australia), the Equality Act 2010 (United Kingdom), and applicable laws of Pakistan, the Middle East and South East Asia. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the competent authority or enforcement body in your country. Nothing in this Statement limits your rights under those laws.
We review this Statement at least annually and after significant changes to our products. This Statement was prepared on 6 October 2026.
